- I don't think this is a good idea, either. I also don't think it's going to sell. As you can probably tell from my name, I am male. My parents tried to involve me in cooking and baking at an early age (we're talking mid- to late 70's here), and I used the real thing.

- I turned away a solicitor once for an alarm system. I don't think it was coincidence that two weeks later, my house got broken into, do you? I have an alarm system now. Good luck finding the door that isn't an instant-on siren.

- This article illustrates why I never picked up the habit. My great aunt was a smoker for years. In 1982 she was diagnosed with lung cancer and died early summer. The last time I saw her alive, after chemo and losing a lung, she was still sneaking into my great-grandmother's bathroom to smoke
